Frank Simon is a founding member and shareholder of a boutique law firm, Simon, Galasso & Frantz, PLC, where he leads a team of attorneys specializing in representing financial institutions.
The Team has extensive experience with commercial lending, loan documentation/reviews, banking litigation, workouts, collections, bankruptcy, real estate matters, creditor's rights, insolvency proceedings, negotiable instrument law, and UCC issues. The firm also has expertise in the areas of real estate and corporate matters.
Mr. Simon enhanced his commitment to the representation of financial institutions by completing a three-year program at the Graduate School of Banking (GSB) at the University of Wisconsin - Madison in 2003. Besides Michigan, he is also licensed in Illinois, New York, and Washington DC.
