Frank Simon is a founding member and shareholder of a boutique law firm, Simon PLC, where he leads a team of attorneys specializing in representing financial institutions.

The Team has extensive experience with commercial lending, loan documentation/reviews, banking litigation, workouts, collections, bankruptcy, real estate matters, creditor's rights, insolvency proceedings, negotiable instrument law, and UCC issues. The firm also has expertise in the areas of real estate and corporate matters.

Mr. Simon enhanced his commitment to the representation of financial institutions by completing a three-year program at the Graduate School of Banking (GSB) at the University of Wisconsin - Madison in 2003. Besides Michigan, he is also licensed in Illinois, New York, and Washington DC.
 

U.S. News & World Report magazine and Best Lawyers has recently announced that our law firm has been selected to be in the 2010 “Best Law Firms” national rankings, which appeared in the October, 2010 U.S. News and World Report magazine.

In this most recent edition, our firm was recognized and received a Tier 2 ranking in the practice area of Banking and Finance Law (representing Financial Institutions), and a Tier 3 ranking in the practice area of Real Estate Law.
